At Jett Valley Workshop, we take great pride in the quality of our handmade wooden products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read the information below.

Returns & Cancellations

Change of Mind (Online Orders)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Items made to specific sizes or specifications

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage

If the fault is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • Or a full refund (including return postage, if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
